At present, optical fiber is widely used as long-distance big data transmission medium in network AC machines. The optical fiber is directly inserted into the AC machine. The main problems are as follows:





1. The optical fiber connected to the AC machine has no protection and is very close to the AC machine cabinet door. In daily work, the supplier of the junction box may touch the optical fiber, and the optical fiber will simply crack if it is bumped or bent, The cracked optical fiber will affect the data transmission;





2. The wiring of optical fiber device requires high skills. During optical fiber wiring, the tortuous radian of optical fiber should not be too high, otherwise it will form optical fiber loss, affect optical fiber data transmission, and even directly form optical fiber data impassability. The optical fiber from the AC machine itself is very close to the cabinet door of the AC machine, and the wiring space is limited. Therefore, simply touch and increase the tortuous radian of the optical fiber, and the optical fiber of the AC machine will simply appear, which will affect the data transmission due to the excessive tortuous radian;





3. The plug of the optical fiber connecting the AC machine belongs to a fine product. After the optical fiber connector is inserted into the interface of the optical fiber module of the AC machine, the insertion, insertion and collision of the optical fiber will cause the damage of the optical fiber connector. When the optical fiber connector is damaged, the whole tail fiber needs to be replaced, and the application distance of the tail fiber is different. For the replacement of the tail fiber across the cabinet, machine room and floor, it needs to be wired from scratch under the floor. The optical fiber is simply damaged and the wiring cost is high.

The upper cover and the rear plate are connected through hinges, The upper cover of the junction box rotates around the hinge; The buckle comprises a vertical arm, the top and end of the vertical arm extend straightly in the same direction, respectively, with a clamping cover and a base, the base is in the shape of a cuboid, and a support plate straight to the base is extended along the width direction of the base, which is used to insert the U-shaped opening groove to bear the component of the box body, the support plate is in the shape of a cuboid, and one or more solid separation boxes are arranged on the upper and lower surfaces of the support plate, The width of the supporting plate is greater than the width of the box body. The width of the supporting plate is equal to the width of the box body.
